If we stay in our comfort zones, we stop evolving. Spring is a season of growth and renewal. Let’s let this season inspire us to do the same! I propose a new monthly challenge project to combat stagnation and complacency.
In honor of Earth Day later this month, April’s challenge is to plant a tree. Take this opportunity to join a local organization, and spend a few hours connecting with nature. Though it may seem small, widespread participation in this action makes a difference in combating climate change. Snap a photo of the planting process, and share your experience on social media using #FMinChallenge!
Be sure to check out The Daily Minimal throughout the month for daily tips on how to be more eco-friendly at home. Later this week, I’ll be sharing a tip including resources for organizations that provide planting events for this month’s challenge.
